Nit Wits #34: Chicken Eggo © Chris DunmireNit Wits #34 ("Chicken Eggo") was a lesson to me NOT to be too chicken with using free-flowing contour lines. While it's tempting to use rigid squares, circles, and triangles when first learning how to draw cartoony things, an artist gains more freedom and confidence going with their own flow intuitively drawing free flowy lines.

Chicken Eggo makes contrasty use of rigid shapes, graphic design, typography, and free-flowing contour lines (the chicken), which results in an interesting scheme of events. Try your own hand at drawing free-flowing contour lines by loosely fowlowing my Chicken Drawing Lesson #13.
