Anything you'd like! People have filled the packet with pennies, real seeds, and their own "home-made" seeds. If you're an artist or crafter, you can get very creative with making your own "seeds" from paper, clay, buttons, wood, modeling compounds, or anything else your imagination conjures up. Some magic and novelty shops sell tiny replicas of minted coins (pennies, nickels, quarters, and dimes) that would also work well with the theme of this joke.
